Christina Zeman, MA, ACHt, Personal Counselor
Christina Zeman, MA, holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Trinity International University. She also holds a certification in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy (CHt) from Wellness Institute. Christina is working under the supervision of Reem K. Cutinello, LCSW. Her background experience comes from her work as a community mental health provider where she dealt with a variety of complicated issues such as addiction, domestic violence and sexual abuse in addition to issues around parenting, marital tension and divorce. Christina's passion for the profession of counseling motivates her to continue to seek out new and creative practices through workshops and continued education in order to best help her clients navigate through life's challenges.
Christina's background and experience helps her guide clients towards personal goals in their relationships, career or health and quality of life. Her integrative style of therapy often encourages clients to look at their concerns from a multi-faceted dimension. Her clinical expertise includes individual, marriage and family counseling, adolescent/parenting issues, issues related to divorce, depression, anxiety, and mid-life issues. She has 20+ years successfully and effectively working with couples and individuals. Christina uses a variety of theraputic techniques to aid clients in becoming "unstuck" and moving closer to their goals and the life they want to create.
In addition to her collage of therapeutic techniques, heart-centered hypnotherapy is her most recent tool to move clients beyond deep core issues associated with childhood trauma and abuse. HHT is also proven to be effective in eliminating addictions and self-destructive behavior.
